You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password safe. Give us accurate information when you sign up, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Some actions, such as using or downloading a template, cost credits. The cost is shown before you confirm. Payments are handled by Stripe. If something went wrong with a charge or a download, contact us through the contact page and we will look into it.

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it back to you so that the service can work. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you upload, such as text, images and logos.

Templates in the gallery are provided so you can build your own websites. Do not resell or redistribute the templates themselves, for example as a template pack.

AI features produce suggestions and generated content. It may be wrong or unsuitable, so please check it before you publish. You are responsible for what you publish.

• Use the service to break the law or to publish illegal, harmful or misleading content.
• Try to break into, overload or disrupt the service, or to get around credits or access limits.
• Scrape the service in bulk or use it to build a competing product from our templates.

We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

We work to keep the service available and your work safe, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or remove features. Please keep a copy of anything important by downloading it.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. For questions, use the contact page. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
