Privacy Policy

• Account details. Your name and email address, and a password (stored only as a one-way hash) if you sign up with email. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from them.
• What you build. The projects, pages, templates and images you create or upload, and the text you send to the AI features.
• Credits and payments. Your credit balance and a record of purchases and downloads. Card details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data. Standard visit statistics through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed and the type of device and browser.
• Where you came from. If you arrive through a link that names its source (for example a community post), we remember that source in your browser and attach it to your account when you sign up.

We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in, to remember small preferences (for example that you have already seen a guided tour), and to remember the source described above. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings. Doing so signs you out and shows the guided tours again.

• To run the service: sign you in, save your projects, count credits and deliver your downloads.
• To send you the emails the service needs, such as email verification and password reset.
• To understand how the site is used and to fix problems.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site:

• Stripe, to take payments.
• OpenAI, when you use an AI feature. The text and content you submit to that feature is sent to them to produce the result.
• Google, for Analytics and for Google sign-in, and Apple for Apple sign-in.
• Our hosting, database and email delivery providers, who process data on our behalf.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

We keep your account and projects for as long as your account exists. Payment records may be kept longer where we are required to keep them. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and projects.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it in a particular way. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond.

The service is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
